Is ketogenic diet safe to follow?


So, you think about making changes to your diet and come across the ketogenic diet. 

Now you wonder if it's safe to follow. Well, it is. If you follow it properly.

If you have gallstones, follow a low-fat diet. Add in plenty of fibrous veggies low in sugar. 

You won't go wrong with foods like avocado. 

And include 7 to eight cups of vegetables to make your ketogenic diet healthy.

Before you make changes to your diet, do it gradually. So you adapt to it comfortably.
