We're seeing a lot of weight issues, even in youngsters these days. Our hectic lifestyle is to blame. 

Now what does mobile have to do with gaining weight you wonder. Well, there's a huge connection between the two.

Earlier we used mobile phones just for communication. Now we can do a lot more with it.

We're hooked on to our phones all the time. And, using the phone late at night can reduce the quality of your sleep.

This in turn will increase your stress levels and make you gain weight.

Mobile phones have also made us lazy. We can literally order anything we want to our doorstep.

We'd rather play video games on a computer than go out to play. All these lifestyle changes have made us overweight.
